OVERVIEW

Sanskriti Bazaar, eccomerce website, A platform where users buy or sell Ayurvedic and handmade products, this website

give their users freedom to select their product and can buy from a store or get home delivery,

their website is very helpful for housewife they sell their homemade product online

CHALLANGE

Here 2 types of user interface one for the seller and another one for the buyer so basically this website connects seller-buyer.

So here the interface is a little bit confusing for new users so I have created the interface in a user-friendly way so that 

the users can use the interface with least frustration

USABILITY ANALYSIS

To redesign the website I have done Usability Analysis, After findings I have redisign the website on the basis of

This Aim is to identify usability issues on the website and resolve them by applying 10 Heuristic laws by the N/n group and NCPI & VIMM Concept to enhance user experience.

Landing Page- Visual & Intellectual

Ideally, we should follow a pattern, also card should be consistent in size because the user's eye will scan content & card in a particular manner without going into fatigue zone,

On the landing page, there is no visual hierarchy as Product detail is out of the cards which breaks the consistency of ecccomerce website

The back and forward buttons are not active. get active when the user hover on the list.

The Back and forward arrows should be visible so that user understand that is more product in the category

Product Rating & Review display on the inner page post user selects a product but not on the main shopping Page, same for the favorite icon 

Rating and Reviews can be included upfront on the shopping page to give the user trust. Also, the Favourite icon need to include upfront so that the user need not go to the next page to add the item

Observation 

Social Media icons are not included on the product page. The users will not able to share the product on any platform. Also, Ratings are not upfront on the product page user need to scroll down to see the Rating

Relevant Social Media Icons can be included on the product page. which will enable users to share the product across their group
